Commercial Property Administrator

Caryn Costello is a business operations professional with a background in multifamily property management, leasing, sales, and client relationship management. As a Commercial Property Administrator with The Wilton Companies, Caryn works closely with property management, accounting, brokerage, and lease administration teams to ensure accuracy across lease documentation, tenant records, financial reporting, and day-to-day property operations.

Prior to joining The Wilton Companies, Caryn built a strong foundation in property operations and resident relations through progressive leadership roles with The Bozzuto Group and Greystar in the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia markets. Her experience includes overseeing luxury lease-up communities, managing financial reporting and renewals, coordinating property transitions, supporting leasing and marketing initiatives, and leading high-performing onsite teams.
