Chuck Ellsworth currently serves as a Consultant to The Wilton Companies after retiring at the end of 2025.  In his current capacity, he supports the company’s leasing and related activities.   He previously held the positions of Vice President and Officer with The Wilton Companies. In 2012, he was recruited to head up Wilton’s commercial real estate division. His former primary responsibilities included managing and leasing of Wilton’s portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties. He was involved with all aspects of Wilton’s brokerage arm, Wilton Realty, LLC including land sales, office leasing and retail leasing and warehouses.

Chuck brings to bear 33+ years of unique commercial real estate experience in law and brokerage. Prior to joining Wilton, he was affiliated with McGuireWoods, Reynolds Metals Company and Grubb & Ellis|Harrison & Bates.  On the brokerage side, Chuck has represented such clients as IBM, BB&T (now Truist), Riverstone Properties, Media General, KLMK Group, BCWH Architects, BGK Equities, Diamond Healthcare, Virginia Academy of Family Physicians, Apple Suite Hospitality REIT, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, and the Virginia Bankers Association.

Chuck is a member of the Richmond Real Estate Group.  He is also a member of the Virginia State Bar.  He currently serves on the board and as president of Conservation Park of Virginia, Inc.  Chuck has served on several other professional and non-profit boards in the past.
