Lindsey Johnson is an experienced business operations professional whose career spans entertainment and hospitality, property management, and human resources industries. Lindsey serves as the Director of Human Resources and an Officer for The Wilton Companies and as Corporate Secretary for the Board of Directors, where she supports organizational strategy, employee development, and governance operations. She served as the Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager for five years upon joining The Wilton Companies in 2019.

Previously she worked for Virginia Management, Inc., an Arlington-based firm specializing in HOA management and property services, as a property manager at Rockett’s Landing, and for the University of Richmond as the J-1 and F-1 student visa administrator. Lindsey’s work abroad includes serving as a Choreographer and Dancer for resorts in the Bahamas and Mexico and as a Marketing associate for Art&Business, based in London.

Lindsey is committed to community and volunteer service. Most recently, she served a five year term on the James Madison University College of Visual and Performing Arts Advisory Board. She is actively involved in local arts initiatives and nonprofit organizations focused on youth, families, and community enrichment. Her commitment to service reflects her passion for building strong, inclusive communities both inside and outside of the workplace.
