Nina Tran is an accounting professional with a background in corporate and commercial real estate accounting, supporting complex, multi-entity financial operations across a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties.

As Assistant Controller with The Wilton Companies, Nina plays a central role in overseeing the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities. Her responsibilities include management of the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and month-end close processes. She leads audit coordination, supports lender and compliance reporting, and is actively involved in loan reporting, cash management, and maintaining the integrity of financial data across the organization.

Nina is instrumental in strengthening accounting workflows, supporting system and process improvements, and ensuring consistency across financial reporting. She works closely with internal leadership, external auditors, and banking partners to resolve complex accounting matters and deliver accurate, timely financial information to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Prior to joining The Wilton Companies, Nina held accounting roles with Markel Group Inc. and Thalhimer Commercial Real Estate, where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and audit support.
