Charlie's main responsibilities include the leasing of The Wilton Companies' commercial real estate portfolio which include the leasing of retail, office and warehouse properties in the Richmond Metro area.
The Wilton Companies leases and manages over 1,000,000 sq.ft. of light industrial and warehouse space. Our retail portfolio includes over 30 shopping centers and office space which accounts for over 300,000 sq.ft.
